A lawyer from Caldwell's Referral Attorney network will charge members no more than $125.00 per hour in-office, out of office, or in court. Considering that the average attorney now charges more than $250.00 per hour, plan members receive a hard value and a great bargain for first rate service.

The probate of estates is handled by a Caldwell Referral Attorney at a 25% reduction from the statutory fee. Pre-Existing Legal Matters

New subscribers are not excluded from taking care of their pre-existing legal matters. Your LSO (Legal Service Office) Attorney, or a lawyer from Caldwell's Referral Attorney network will reduce their fees by 25% for pre-existing legal matters.
