This plan gives you access to attorneys who will answer your day-to-day legal questions and handle a variety of simple legal matters at no additional charge, as well as providing discounted legal services for more complicated legal matters.

- Contract and Document Review for simple legal matters up to six pages per document, with no limit to the number of documents for simple legal matters.
- Reduced Rates for Many Complicated Legal Matters. $125 per hour for many legal matters or a 25% reduction off an attorney's usual and customary fee for matters involving three or more days of court or hearing time, flat fee services or for highly specialized areas of the law such as Tax Law, Elder Law, Probate Litigation, etc.
Also included with your plan is Tax Hotline, which provides unlimited telephone advice and consultation on federal tax matters and other tax related services including a free review of your last year's tax return.
The Personal Legal Defender® plan costs $14 a month. This plan also includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first thirty days, you may return your membership information and receive a full refund of your membership fee.
Our Personal Legal Defender® plan operates through a Legal Service Office (LSO) that has been established in your state. This attorney firm is your first point of contact when you require legal services, and that attorney firm handles all the free services provided by your plan, including your telephone advice and consultations.
For more complicated matters, your LSO will direct you to a referral attorney in your state. This attorney will provide additional legal services at a significantly reduced rate.
